Fourteenth Ave. Pkwy.\nDenver, CO 80204\n\nThis event will bring together library professionals from across the Rocky Mountain region to share ideas, explore workflows, and reconnect as a community. Clarivate will be joining us to provide product updates, answer questions, and support regional engagement efforts. They’ve also generously offered to provide complimentary refreshments throughout the day.\n\nClarivate topics will include:\n\n\n \n Sierra & Polaris\n \n \n Vega Library Experience\n \n \n Innovative Mobile, Phone Alerts & SMS\n \n\n\nIn addition to vendor-led updates, we’ll feature user-led sessions on topics submitted by the community, including:\n\n\n \n Best practices for gathering statistics and transactions using SQL\n \n \n Understanding discrepancies between Create Lists and SQL reports\n \n \n A deep dive into the Consortium Management Extension\n \n \n Self-service, automation, and AI in access workflows\n \n \n Continued support for SQL and sysadmin forums\n \n \n Louisville Public Library’s experience with SmartLockers for self-service access in the Town of Superior\n \n\n\nWe’ll also open the floor to discuss ideas for future Rocky Mountain IUG gatherings and how we’d like to shape the group moving forward.\n\nIf you didn’t get a chance to share your ideas during the kick-off questionnaire—or if new thoughts have come to mind—we’d love to hear from you!
